DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 otherwise we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for all orders placed within Australia.
All our candles are made to order and are generally processed within 5-7 business days. We pour all of our candles in small batches to ensure our craftmanship. If your order is delayed we will advise you of the delay. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for delivery after ordering. Please allow for additional processing time during sales events.
You will be notified once the order has been fulfilled and sent. Tracking details will be provided.
Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in the address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $35AUD for International Orders. We currently ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, and United Kingdom.
Shipping does not include local customs duties and taxes. Customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs.
Soy Society will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs.
For more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region, please contact your local customs office. n the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Soy Society.
IN PERSON PICKUP:
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an auto generated email advising that your order has been completed and is ready to be picked up. Please check your spam folder as occasionally the email may end up there. Please reply via return email to organise a time to collect your order.
RETURNS POLICY:
At Soy Society we carefully inspect all of our products before they are shipped. If you receive a product you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know within 7 days of receiving order so we can arrange a replacemen or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please email hello@soysociety.com.au if u have any concerns. We're always here to help.
As per Australian Consumer Law - we will offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion) on faulty products or products that are significantly damaged during shipment. We understand accidents sometimes do happen and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Photographic evidence of damage may be requested. In the unlikely event your items are significantly damaged please contact us on our email address: hello@soysociety.com.au
Refunds or replacements will not be considered if notification is made outside of 7 days from receipt your order.
Failure to follow our Candle Care and safety instructions will not be considered a fault of the product and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances. Soy Society will not be liable for any damages or compensation as a result of misuse.
